Product Detail

Your Own Broker, Not a Rented One

AUASIAN runs its own customs brokerage, so declaration and clearance are handled inside the same company that picks up, ships and delivers your cargo. In 2020 we completed the first 9810 customs declaration in the Xiamen customs district - and we bring that compliance experience to every shipment.

Export Declaration Modes

  • 9610 - small-parcel e-commerce export (postal/courier).
  • 9710 - B2B direct export to overseas enterprises (e.g. Alibaba International, 1688 wholesale).
  • 9810 - cross-border e-commerce export to overseas warehouses (Amazon, independent stores); formal declaration with full documents, freight can be included under C&F terms, and goods returned to China within one year can be exempted from duty under applicable rules.

Import & Return Modes

  • 4561 (returned goods): original exports returned for damage, short shipment or quality issues - when the returned goods meet the applicable conditions, import VAT and duty can be waived.
  • 1300 (repair goods): goods sent abroad for repair and re-import - when conditions are met, import VAT and duty can be waived.
  • 0110 general trade: standard import for commercial cargo, with 13% VAT plus duty.

Dual Clearance, Tax-Inclusive

On covered China-US lanes we quote dual customs clearance with duties included: export declaration on the China side, import clearance on the US side, then tax-inclusive delivery to your warehouse or door. Every shipment can be verified by bill of lading number, and confirmed logistics-liability cases are compensated within 3-5 working days in line with our service terms.

FAQ

  • What is dual clearance tax-inclusive? Both export and import clearance are handled by us and quoted with duties included - no surprise bills at destination.
  • What is the difference between 9810 and 0110? 9810 is the e-commerce export mode for goods stocked in overseas warehouses; 0110 is standard general trade import. The right mode affects VAT treatment and compliance - we advise per shipment.

Describe your cargo and trade mode - our brokers will recommend the correct declaration path.
